Brad Edwards

BRAD'S LIFE - Brad Demege Edwards was born as the middle child/first son to the union of Dorothy Williams and the late Willie (Lil' Willie)Edwards on January 24, 1973 in Sparta, Georgia. 

He attended school in the Hancock County School System and was a graduate of the Class of 1992 of the Hancock Central High School of Sparta, Georgia. He was married to the former Donna Anderson and were the proud parents of one daughter. While living in Milledgeville, Georgia, he joined Peeler Chapel Baptist Church of Gordon, Georgia. Brad was employed with several companies and most recently was a former employee of The Interfor Lumber Company of Eatonton, Georgia. He was known to many by the nickname of "Yink-Yink".

He was predeceased by one brother: Willie M. (Lil' Wimp) Edwards IV and step-father; Johnny Watkins. Brad departed this life expectedly on December 16, 2022 in Augusta, Georgia from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Brad's memories will be forever cherished by his lovely daughter; (Petty Officer) Alexis Edwards of the United States Navy, stationed in Jacksonville, Florida; his devoted mother; Dorothy E. Watkins of Sparta, Georgia, his loving and caring sister; Charoletta (James) Lawrence of Sparta, Georgia; uncles and aunts: Christopher O. (Constance) Edwards, K.C. (JoAnn) Williams, Thelma (Wyman Grier) Williams, Willie (the late Evelyn) Wilson all of Sparta, Georgia and Betty Brown of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, a special friend, Shirley Gibson of Sparta, Georgia, cousins, other relatives and friends.
